MEET
COACH FEI
My name is Tan Fei. At the age of 20, during the lowest point of my life, I began attending the gym and taking my training seriously. Daily exercise became a means of escape for me and eventually became an integral part of my life. Not only did it instill confidence in me, but it also provided me with a sense of direction. This is why, despite holding a diploma in Interactive Media Design, I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer. My goal is to assist individuals who have chosen to utilize exercise as a means of improving their lives.
Upon completing my service in the army at the age of 23, I obtained my first personal training certification. Despite it being one of the top certifications in the fitness industry, I realized that my knowledge was insufficient to become a well-rounded trainer. Consequently, I resolved to pursue a degree in Exercise and Sport Science to further my education. During my studies, I was fortunate enough to secure an internship at the Singapore Sport & Exercise Medicine Center, where I worked as a sport trainer specializing in sport and injury rehabilitation. Upon completion of my studies, I proceeded to pursue a career as a personal trainer at a commercial gym for a duration of four years. Subsequently, I made the decision to embark on an independent venture in the same field.

However, the ultimate objective is to enhance one's daily living and become a better version of oneself. With an extensive training experience spanning over 8 years, I humbly offer my services to assist and guide you on this remarkable journey.
